Kevin Ban is an accomplished healthcare executive and physician leader with over 25 years of global clinical and operational experience. As a Co-Founder of Mainstay Healthcare Partners, Kevin leverages deep expertise in clinical operations, healthcare innovation, population health management, and value-based care to help healthcare companies enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

Previously, Kevin served as EVP & Global Chief Medical Officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance, playing a critical role in shaping the organization's healthcare strategy and national COVID-19 response. He also held Chief Medical Officer positions at athenahealth and Beth Israel Deaconess, driving innovations in healthcare technology and value-based care initiatives. Kevin's international experience includes leading healthcare delivery initiatives in Italy, significantly improving care quality for large patient populations while optimizing healthcare costs.

Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his MD from Georgetown’s School of Medicine. He completed his emergency medical training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center’s Harvard-affiliated residency program and has published extensively in medical journals. He frequently contributes insights in major media outlets and serves as an advisor and board member for healthcare organizations.
